The Small Print

How pricing works

No surprises at checkout — here is exactly how the fee, the cancellation window and extended care are calculated.

Booking fee

Prices shown include a booking fee of 11%. The booking fee is finalized at checkout based on the options and preferences you select for the booking, including dates, number of pets, types of pets, duration, and any add-ons or discounts.

Cancellation — three day

  • A full refund is available if cancelled by 12:00pm 3 days before the service begins. 12:00pm is determined by the sitter's time zone.
  • If cancelled later than 12:00pm 3 days before the service begins, a 50% refund is available for the first 7 cancelled calendar days from the cancellation request date. A 100% refund is available for any additional days.

Extended care

Nightly rates are based on a 24 hour time period from drop-off to pick-up. The following extended care rates may apply for each pet on the booking if the end time on the final day of the stay is more than 2 hours later than the start time on the first day of the stay. This ensures that sitters are compensated for their additional time.

  • 2–8 additional hours — +50% of the nightly rate.
  • 8+ additional hours — +100% of the nightly rate.

Spa menu — add ons

  • Bathing — $50+ — priced on coat and condition.
  • Nail Trim — $10 — per visit.
  • Ear Cleaning — $10 — per visit.
  • Gym Time — $15 — 15 minutes of outdoor time.

Discounts

  • 10% — senior discount, 65+.
  • 10% — military discount.
  • 10% — weekly stays.
  • 15% — monthly stays.
